Christmas just wouldn’t be the same without these cookies. This is a recipe passed down from my mom and I bake them every year. Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. This is just one of the traditions we have during the Christmas season. I always make a double batch, but guaranteed they won’t last long in this house.
